I cannot log in to my account.
Check that you are using the same phone number or email you registered with and that the app is updated. If the problem continues, contact us with your BeeGo ID.
My coins were deducted but not received.
Send us your BeeGo ID, the payment date and a screenshot of the payment. We will check it and fix it.
How do I report a user or a live stream?
Open the profile or stream in the app and tap Report. Our moderators review every report.
